Axe Throwing

To book a reservation for an axe throwing lane, please use the Booking Form below.
If you are interested in making a reservation for a minor, please review the child policy first.

Axe throwing reservations are $25.00 per person (plus tax) for one hour and are non-refundable. Tax will be calculated at checkout. Single Lane Axe Throwing can accommodate anywhere from 1 to 4 throwers. For groups of 5 to 8 throwers, select Double Lane Axe Throwing to reserve a larger lane with two targets side by side.

Please use the booking form below to make an appointment for an axe throwing session.

At this time, our booking system does not allow customers to add more than one throwing lane to the shopping cart. If you are interested in reserving multiple throwing lanes for a larger party, please check out with a separate transaction for each lane totaling the number of people in your party.

Bringing your own axe? Drunken Smithy has throwing axes that will be provided to you, but you are also welcome to bring your own personal throwing axe to use in our venue. Our staff will check personal axes to ensure they are safe to throw before they may be used in our throwing lanes. Restrictions for personal axes used for recreational axe throwing at Drunken Smithy are as follows:

• No rubber handles
• No spikes or other extrusions on the back of the axe head
• No double bladed axes
• No throwing knives
• Axes should not be longer than 18 inches and no heavier than 3 pounds

Have a gift certificate? Complete the booking form until it transfers you to the cart. Once you’re in your cart, type the Voucher Code from the bottom left corner of your gift certificate in the box that says “Apply Coupon”. Proceed to Checkout and your reservation confirmation will be emailed to you.

AXE THROWING POLICY FOR MINORS

Age 16-18: Children ages 16-18 can throw axes without an adult participant. A parent/guardian must remain onsite during the workshop–no drop-offs–and can watch from the viewing area. No ticket is required for the parent/guardian if they do not want to throw axes.

Age 10-15: Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied at the axe throwing lanes by an adult participant (parent/guardian who throws axes with the child). Both the child and the adult must reserve a ticket.

Age 9 & younger: Children 9 and younger are not permitted to participate in axe throwing.
